It was no big deal however there were a few issues. I understand this due to the pandemic and businesses having a hard time finding people to employ. There is no daily maid service right now. Not a big issue but I do like to refreeze my blue ice packs for my cooler. There was a pretty good size refrigerator in the room but it did not have any freezer compartment. The room was clean and nice, the air conditioning was actually cold and we had to adjust it. I remember the beds were hard as a rock a few years ago but I was delighted to find that, at least in room 2029 they were soft and comfortable. A friend and I take trips to Tunica every year or two and our second trip years ago was staying at The Hollywood Casino. We still are in a pandemic even if many people won't believe or accept it. I think some of the reviews I read are just 'Sour Grapes' because the buffet isn't open and the slots are tight.
